Walking towards Slight Side. It is a smaller peak you pass in your way to Sca Fell and then Scafell Pike. It was a nice and mostly boggy walk. I was still convinced I would get to the peak and back down when I met a guide who informed me that it was another almost three-hour walk to Scafell Pike from Slight Side (I had already walked two hours and it was 14:00). I couldn't make it in time and at about 700m the wind became very strong and it was quite cold. These mountains are small but serious and finding your way isn't easy. So I went up to Slight side looked towards Scafell Pike in the clouds and went back down.
