Our accomodation for the night. Today was another short day, a roughly 10km walk to Coniston. Everything else would have been too complicated and too long for my new walking mate. Again the walk was pleasant in lovely landscape with clouds, rain and some sun. We arrived early in Coniston and booked into the B&B Oaklands Guesthouse, walked around the village, took care of some things and then went to "The Black Bull" to eat. Another nice and expensive pub. It seems like everything here is quite expensive and the people that are here are so different. I think this is a place for people who are well off. It feels very different to Wales and South West England.
