Rifugio Città di Cirie this morning. I arrived here yesterday in the very late afternoon with the help of friendly Sara and Daniele, who gave me a lift all the way from Forno to Pian della Mussa, which is only a few steps away from Città di Cirie. We had a drink together at an improvised bar below the rifugio and chatted for a while. It was so kind of them to take me there, most likely I wouldn't have arrived at the rifugio but would have had to sleep elsewhere. I ate very well, finally pasta! I was dying for a plate of pasta after the not-so-good food at Daviso and hardly any food at Bivacco Soardi. I didn't exactly feel very welcome at Città di Cirie though...
