Today Madeira. Earlier this year, the Isle of Man, Bornholm. Long after my months of serious walking in the Alps. So different, in every aspect. But I want to walk. I will not give up.

In the descent towards Bivacco Soardi Fassero. We took a shortcut at the end, which - luckily - worked out and took us right to the path that leads to the bivak on a last roughly 100m climb.
