On our way back to Lodano we stopped so I could finally take a photograph of the fascinating rocks lining the river Maggia. Unfortunately, every year tourists die because they fall off the rocks and either knock their heads or drown in the dangerous currents. There are other very beautiful spots along the Maggia where you can go for a swim.
