Lou Saret. Not a hut, like yesterday more a hotel, another lovely place. Beautiful old house, beautifully furnished. Otto the owner is very nice and a perfect cook. We were spoilt again: antipasto of zucchine, cheese with honey, tomatoes with pesto and pickeled vegetables, then ravioles, a typical dish of this region, a sort of soft "Schupfnudel"-like long gnocchi with cheese and butter, absolutely delicious! Then cheese, herb quiche and cauliflower cheese, then "salame dolce", a cake of biscuits, chocolate and butter ("Kalter Hund"). Stuffed and content. We are the only guests.
