Today Madeira. Earlier this year, the Isle of Man, Bornholm. Long after my months of serious walking in the Alps. So different, in every aspect. But I want to walk. I will not give up.

The sun setting on Locanda del Silenzio. I'm looking forward to dinner, in about ten minutes, and my bed. Tomorrow I will walk either to San Martino or Colle della Cavallina, where a friend of Leila and Luca has an albergo they recommended.
