The church of Elva. I only walked to Elva today, which is a short three-hour walk, climbing 600m and going down 340m. I had planned to continue to San Michele, but once again I opted for the good company. This time of Christine and her seven-year old daughter Paula. We met the first time at Camoglieres and became friendly on the way to San Martino. They were going only to Elva today and when we arrived I decided to stay too. Anyway I still have a lot of time before I go back to Ticino. Even more now that I know that Soveltra is booked by a group on the weekend I was supposed to start work. Meaning I don't have to be there before the 14 October.
