Looking at the mountains from our place of rest today. We stayed at this nice spot for almost an hour in beautiful weather. Christine read to Paula from "Aus dem Leben eines Taugenichts" which is quite befitting for a walk in the mountains especially in Italy. Then the strong wind forced us to go on, down into Ussolo. There normally we would have parted ways because Christine and Paula were headed towards Prazzo to take a bus to Dronero and then the next day to Milan, Turin and home. I had planned to carry on from Ussolo to Marmora or stay in Ussolo if it was already quite late which was the case. We had a drink at the posto tappa La Carlina and discussed my alternatives. The place isn't very appealing even though the lady was very friendly. In the end I decided to go with them to Dronero and spend another evening in nice company.
