Bunet. That is the name of this lovely desert. It is typical of Piedmont and is a kind of pudding, but tastes more like a chocolate creme caramel with Amaretto. The food was once again incredible, we had an antipasto of melanzane alla parmigiana, dried tomatos, tomatos filled with ricotta, pickled onions and carpaccio for the meat eaters, then pasta filled with ricotta and spinach, then cheese in the oven with vegetables and then a choice of cakes and puddings. And all that plus accomodation and breakfast for 35 euros. Piedmont is very cheap.
wir werden da auch mal Urlaub machen :-)
