It is mushroom time. I met a couple that had very successfully been collecting porcini. And not only this huge bag but also another two backpacks full of them. Incredible. They even offered me some, but unfortunately I wouldn't have been able to cook them. I saw a lot of people looking for mushrooms. Luca at Grongios Matre also collected some and fed them to us last night. Lovely. It is such a lovely place.
