Other impressions...

Look at the colours! When Ute and I were here last, we looked at a sea of tulips.

Lovely, lovely, lovely... That's my house (I wish).

Entering Hidcote Gardens. I was here with Ute three years ago in May and it looked and felt so different to the way it does now in the autumn. It is a beautiful garden and we were lucky with the weather, it was warm and sunny and - well just simply lovely.

Chipping Camden in the Cotswolds, one of the most beautiful villages I have ever seen. Without the cars it would be even more beautiful. We went for a short stroll and then had a delicious cream tea in the "Badger Tearooms" before continuing to Hidcote gardens.

A good laugh in the morning. We got on the train to Manchester this morning and then walked to Oldham Road to pick up our hire car. Turned out to be a nice white Fiat 500. Off we went towards Birmingham and onward to Hidcote Gardens.
